Most of my coworkers were amazing people who work incredibly hard and are very easy to work with.
Cons
Annual layoffs to the point where everyone is doing 4 jobs. Lower than average pay for the industry and amount of work you're expected to do. Zero work/life balance. Favoritism runs rampant. Managers protect their friends, not their best employees. Promotions are intentionally withheld from high performing employees because it's harder to replace them. Company direction is dictated by a few people in leadership positions that have no idea what is actually happening on the company floor and are not well versed in the industry. Too many of the leaders came from Quest and don't seem to understand that this is not Quest is either size or product viability. HR cherry picks employee feedback based on what makes it sound like employees are happy and ignores negative feedback. The annual engagement survey questions were actually changed to avoid any questions about pay because the responses to pay were so negative. The CEO is very fake. She's constantly saying that there won't be more layoffs and yet every year, there's another layoff.
