1. During my time at the company, I observed concerns regarding how employee complaints were handled. In one instance involving inappropriate workplace behavior, the employee involved did not appear to receive the level of support or resolution they expected from leadership. 2. Compensation expectations communicated during recruitment and internship discussions did not align with the final offers in several cases. 3. 3. Many employees invested significant time and effort based on expectations that ultimately differed from what was offered. 4. There appeared to be a disconnect between sales commitments and product development capabilities. Teams were sometimes asked to deliver features within very aggressive timelines, creating pressure on engineering teams. Recognition and rewards for the additional effort were not always clear. 5. Office hygiene and workplace maintenance were recurring concerns. Pest-related issues and general cleanliness occasionally affected the work environment. 6. The PPO and evaluation process lacked transparency. Some employees felt that performance ratings and compensation outcomes were not always consistent with the feedback they received during their internships. 7. Employees were encouraged to leave positive reviews online, which may make it difficult for prospective candidates to get a fully balanced view of the organization. 8. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to concerns around transparency, workplace culture, employee support, and management practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the company to prospective employees.
