Great learning experience with Oran. They always put their people first. Great communication from management.

I never had any cons, only left because I was offered a permanent position.

The salary is higher than most. You work from home.

Short contracts. The health care options aren’t the best and it is extremely expensive. Especially the prescriptions prices aren’t covered. If you have a health condition that requires specialist visit be aware. $70 copay. No Comp time, but depending on your project you will be putting in lots of hours. (No work life balance). No bonuses Never met or had any email communication with the CEO. Never presented growth or training opportunities.
