Unfortunately, these individuals were often taken advantage of, with their hard work going unrecognized and unrewarded. During my tenure, the company suffered from a significant lack of structure after a few years of working there. This disorganization permeated every level, leading to confusion and inefficiencies in daily operations. Without a clear framework or well-defined processes, employees often found themselves working without direction or consistency. The company frequently implemented policy changes with little to no notice. These changes were often poorly communicated and inconsistently enforced, causing confusion and frustration among the staff. This constant state of flux made it challenging to keep up with expectations and maintain a steady workflow. Employee turnover was alarmingly high. The instability and uncertainty within the company resulted in a revolving door of staff, which further compounded the lack of structure and continuity. This constant change in personnel was disruptive and made it difficult to build cohesive teams or maintain a stable work environment Leadership was a major concern, with individuals being placed in charge despite lacking the necessary experience or ethical standards. This resulted in poor decision-making and a lack of trust between management and employees. The absence of competent and moral leadership further exacerbated the company’s issues. The final blow came with a merger that completely upended the company. The new parent company implemented drastic changes that disrupted all aspects of operations. This merger turned the company on its head, leaving employees struggling to adapt to an entirely new corporate culture and set of expectations.
