-meet a lot of great people - staff outings and company lunches - exposure to many aspects of business sports and entertainment
Cons
- full time staff think they know it all - managers are unwilling to properly train subordinates and then blame them for mistakes - interns are left to figure it out with minimal instruction -some full time staff are rude and its never going to change because interns are afraid to complain in fear of losing their jobs
