      1. some new hires have been very incompetent and dumb (.-.) 2. Lots of micromanagement 3. Lack of clarity on goals 4. Below industry pay 5. No growth 6. Incentive structure changes every month 7. Superiority complex among top level people 8. Incompetent HR 9. Gossip culture 10. Lack of appreciation - no hikes!! 11. No 360 feedback
