1) Salary Payment is on the 10th or 15th of every month. 2) Mgmt. is very good at sweet-talking but the tables can turn at any time. 3) Work pressure is crazy if you are one of those meek employees. Freshers shall be exploited if they are good at grasping, otherwise you can get away. 4) No structured leave policy. Better be on good terms with the management or getting fired is not uncommon in this company. No paid leaves. 5) Inconsiderate and selfish approach.
