Orascoptic is a place where people genuinely care about moving the business forward and winning together. There’s a lot of energy around innovation, growth, and trying new things, which keeps the work interesting. Leadership gives teams room to move fast and make decisions, instead of getting stuck in layers of bureaucracy. If you like being challenged and want to have a real impact on the direction of the company, it’s a great environment. There are also a lot of smart, passionate people who are willing to lean in and help each other when things get tough.

The pace can definitely be intense at times, and priorities can shift quickly as the business evolves. Because the company is growing and changing fast, it can sometimes feel like teams are being asked to do a lot with limited time or resources.

Nice immediate co-workers that all had job knowledge and knew their roles in being a cog in a production warehouse. Great ethnic diversity.

Management doesn't really care about you personally. You are a number. If the department doesn't make a metric that the corporate elites want to see, they constantly harp on you. Not a good place to work if you want to advance. They will keep you at a barely livable wage, if that, and then when it comes time to hire you off their 3 or 6 month temp agency plan, they wont.
