Earning potential is there with an uncapped monthly and quarterly commission structure. Brand name recognition - products are well known to the market. Innovative products. Reps receive a lot of inbound leads to supplement self generated leads.
Cons
Car allowance and gas reimbursement could be better given the wear and tear on your car. 401k match isn’t great. There is a heavy service element to the job that can be tough to balance with time spent finding new sales.
