I really don't think I would have enjoyed my first role in recruitment as much if it wasn't with Orbis. - Comprehensive and tailored training throughout the onboarding process meant that I had a seamless transition into the new role and industry. - Very inclusive culture that truly values input from every team member, creating an inclusive and collaborative workspace. - No matter what someone's level was I always found everyone at Orbis very approachable. Everyone had time for me and was genuinely invested in my career development. The mentorship and guidance I received here has been instrumental in my professional growth. - Amazing flexibility and also a generous commission structure helps too! Was much higher than friends of mine who are also in the industry.

Nothing that I can think of, I only chose to move on as I was taking my career in a different direction.
