Pros
The people really are great across the whole of the company. Most of the ones that actually do the work are dedicated and care about their job. Apart from that there really isn’t any perk to working here.
Cons
Everything. Most staff are treated as if they are disposable - internally costs continue to be cut so that you’ve ended up doing 4 other peoples jobs. I know that happens often in jobs now but it really is bad at Orbis. Senior Management do not have a clue, generally make awful decisions and it’s the little people that continue to suffer. There are no benefits, treated as if being provided with tea bags is a luxury... For the sake of your career do not join this company, the only benefit I can see is that you quickly learn to miss the role you just left. Most Managers can’t do just that - manage, making everyone’s lives far more difficult.
