Terrible Option - IT Sys Administrator Orbis Solutions Employee Review

I loved my time at this company and was truly sad to leave, but just had another opportunity that I couldn't turn down.

You are an employed worker for a company and receiving a paycheck

There is really too many areas to address for this company. To start this is a small company but has no guidance. There is constant bickering between the owners who do not know how to communicate which puts stresses on the technology team. You receive no support from upper management and are very often left to work on your own without documentation or direction. Management has no process on how to review tickets, escalate or address projects. Physical paychecks are not paid on time. This job should not be viewed as anything more than a stopgap in a career and a last option.
