Pros
Small teams allow for a more tight-knit feel. The company is fairly young and energetic and morale seemed high. The culture was very relaxed. Everyone seemed to really care about the success of the company. Very horizontal culture, management was easily approachable and seen.
Cons
I personally felt the work was a little too slow, but that may have only been because I was an intern. I would've liked to tackle more challenging tasks and be more involved with the meaty parts of the business.
