      Decent condition, normal hours, international environment, general good mood

      Cons

      The company produces and sells buggy applications which are difficult to support, also because of the complete absence of training for new members. Tasks tend to be bounced between departments.

      Pros

      Most individual teams are internally friendly, functional and productive. This is particularly true in the Chicago office. The office also has excellent cooperation between the teams there. The company provides good benefits and a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Relations between offices, and some of the teams on an international level, are strained and not highly functional. As a satellite office (even though it's the largest satellite office) Chicago seems to come in very distant second when its needs or input is regarded by HQ.
