1. There is only pro is work from home dont expect anything from orcapod.
Cons
1. High salary deductions , only they given first 2 months salary as per offer letter mentioned. 2. They did deduction the salary after 2 months if u don't have offers. first 3rd month they deduct 40% and next also u dont have the offers or joinees they deduct only almost 70-80 % 3. Everyday we have to submit 5 profiles submissions at any cost.no matter what there is huge pressure. 4. Mostly everyone is working on the same requirement. continously working the same requirement on months. 5. And the manager is very rude, she don't know how to behave with team members, she talk with her team members very rude and arrogant. if u have any doubts also if we ask she didn't explain also. 6. Very Micromanagement through pufferfish
