I want to share my honest experience with Orcapod so others don’t make the same mistake I did. At first, everything seemed great—they offered me a contracting role at a Big Four company, and I was excited. But the moment I joined, things went downhill fast. Communication? Nonexistent. Emails and messages would go unanswered for weeks. Whenever I needed help with anything, it was like talking to a wall. Salary issues? Oh yes. They randomly cut my pay without proper explanation. And forget about raises—I worked for years without a single promotion or salary hike, no matter how well I performed. The worst part? Getting my final dues and documents. I had to chase them endlessly just to get my relieving letter and F&F settlement. Even something as small as ₹5000 for relocation turned into a months-long battle. It’s like they enjoy making things difficult. Honestly, no matter how good the offer looks, it’s not worth the stress. Orcapod doesn’t care about their employees, and you’ll end up frustrated and undervalued. There are much better companies out there—please don’t waste your time with this one.
