Pros
The people and culture truly made this an exceptional place to work. Leadership and the executive team were incredibly supportive, approachable, and invested in employees' success. I had the opportunity to work alongside talented, kind, and collaborative colleagues across the organization, which made coming into the office genuinely enjoyable. The company fostered a strong sense of community, and there was a healthy work-life balance that allowed employees to do great work while maintaining their personal lives. I also appreciated the opportunities for growth and the recognition of strong performance.
Cons
Compensation was the primary challenge. While I was fortunate to receive a couple of salary increases during my tenure, overall compensation did not always align with the broader New York City market, particularly as cost-of-living and market rates continued to rise. Aside from that, my experience was overwhelmingly positive!
