Pros

- flex PTO - Holiday party and a handful of other onsites (free trips to NYC)

Cons

Note all of the "this is a start up/we're not for everyone" comments. Translation - you'll be overworked and underpaid/appreciated. - benefits are sub par - zero remote culture (the culture they hype is just for office folks) - very little DEI (especially in mgmt) - you have zero back up so your work piles up while you're on PTO and they expect you be caught up almost immediately upon return. - no time for rest and recharge. Folks log in during PTO, sick time, on company Holidays. - constant fear of being fired - little to no critique/feedback for performance. - core hours are 9-6 local time but you end up working East Coast hours - they prioritize platform updates/projects that will bring in money vs. Updates and projects that will bring efficiency and reduce the absurd amount of manual work that's required for basic tasks. - ever changing priorities so you'll work really hard on the next big thing only for it to be replaced a couple weeks later by some new even bigger/better/whatever idea

Pros

Great people and culture that strikes a good balance of laid back yet productive and motivating. The work is interesting and everyone is excited about finding the best solutions to problems. Management seems to listen to feedback and is transparent with employees. Everyone, management included, seems to have a growth mindset and recognizes that the company is constantly growing and evolving. No one is too set in their ways and just wants to find the best way forward.

Cons

Priorities change quickly and can take a long time to solidify. Benefits and pay could also be better, but have been improving!
