Lease car, Knowledge share, Steady pay rise in young professional program, Nice office, Nice working places, Nice services, People throughout organization are approachable, No hierarchy, Possible end of year bonus, Flexibility in switching assignments, If you have a good manager, then it is nice, you will get listened to.
Cons
Only 20 days holiday, Low pension, Pay is okay, it is too low for me but lease car compensates it kind of. Pressure to come to office Diversity plan too much focused on gender instead on nationality and ethnicity, In many areas are hesistant to hire international people who cannot speak Dutch, doesnt seem diverse too me. Women in IT event had predominantly white women, where most of them where not even in IT, but HR or around IT. Didnt expect that. Young professional program lacks goal for individual, no plan and focus, program feels more like trap this way, but with steady payrise again ;). Lack of good lunch in office, low quality food.
