Culture - Don't be misleaded by the 'inclusive' banner om the building - Ordina is a company full of white 30-50 old men who love their leasecars and prefer talking over doing. Some women, expats or people of color thrive, but that is more by luck than by design. I call my team 'the dinasour team' - sometimes you need a crew of dino's to move a rock, but after the rock is moved they will just be standing in the way being big, rude and clumpsy.
