      Pros

      Fully remote with good coworkers

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. CEO is disrespectful, blames others for mistakes arising from his decisions, delays timelines and makes everyone rework changes without logic or data (then blames others again for delays). No career progression, no benefits, people can get fired at will for giving an opinion. Everyone just firefights everyday. Very high turnover.

      - Good work life balance, Work I did was fully remote. - Had a mentor and editor that I could learn from - Interns who had ideas were free to propose and colleagues listened - Get to write SEO-driven articles while working with SEO team

      - None, It was a very pleasant experience.

      Pros

      - Remote environment with good co-workers - Company is growing well - Founder is genuine and hands on with problem solving. Doesn't throw problems to you and leave you to struggle.

      Cons

      - Work can be intense (9-5 doesn't really happen) - Remote so you don't get as much face-to-face with others.
