      I love my job! Working for South Coast Head Start (part of ORCCA) is my passion. Improving the lives of those in need and supporting children and families in their growth is the most rewarding job ever. My coworkers are amazing and talented people who truly care about what they do each and every day.

      We need more awesome staff!

      Pros

      There have been big changes in last 3 years, old CEO is gone along with the negative community relations. Much better work environment and still a great place to do good things in the community.

      Cons

      Pay is still not very high but, much better than it used to be. The good news is they contribute 6% to a pension fund with no need for employee to contribute.
