      Wonderful Mission, Great People, Nice Office. All the community support one could ever ask for. Oregon loves OPB.

      Cons

      A dinosaur looking for a tar pit with the perfect management team to lead it there. If you get in make sure you get out before your head gets covered.

      Good team environment, collaborative, learning.

      Cons

      They withhold pay raises/bonuses unless you threaten to leave. Then the CTO remembers that your pay raise was actually approved.
