Pros
- Great work / life balance. Everyone is working only during working hours. - Flexible hybrid model (2-6 days per month) with fully remote policy during Xmas, Easter and July-August. - Great people that I enjoy working with. - Always aiming to implement high quality software solutions with high end tech stack including python, aws, github actions, snowflake, sonarcube and many more. - Great collaboration with product team. - Data driven decisions and no time waste to useless implementations. - A great place to grow and evolve to different positions like Senior II, Staff Engineer, Engineering Manager, etc. - Supports career switch (from Software Engineer & Software Engineer in Test to Product Manager, from Customer Success to Software Engineer, Product Manager & BI, etc) - All standard benefits, including super market tickets, private health insurance, 5 extra days off, learning budget, stock options, etc.
Cons
- It's a startup at scale which mean that the direction might change throughout the year to better match the market standards. - It still has a lot of operations run by the customer success team. - It has way to many growth opportunities, but there is a challenge working on a roadmap for the whole year. Usually there is a slight change every 3-4 months, without changing the general direction. - Not the highest salaries in the market.
