Cons
Lacking in Diversity, equity, and inclusion . This is not a place that easily accepts any diversity including diversity of ideas. There is an obvious bias once onboarded. It’s a small work force of individuals who have been working at same role years. Most are resistant to change. They preach about being open and nimble but directors are more authoritarian than democratic. Employee feed back is often misconstrued and not listened to.
WOC are routinely not successful here and often the subject of gossip or the scapegoat. Even years after they have left, been fired or moved on.
