Some of the office staff are kind and welcoming. Office is set up nicely.
Cons
There is a lot of work for little pay. Expectations are not clearly communicated early on. Practically no training and managers tell you to go faster while you are still training and learning mostly on your own. Was pretty much told to “google” answers to questions I had asked, while training. Micromanaging and attitude was expected as well as no organization. Those in leadership are concerned about wasting “time” or “money” without realizing simply answering employee questions will help them save on both.
