At the time I worked at roots I have plenty of hours due to other employees calling off or not coming into work. It gets pretty busy at the bakery in the morning but overall an easy job. I enjoyed working here. Pro. employee discount!!!

Some customers are super pretentious.

That pay was very good but the store needed remodeling badly and the owner always said he’d make improvements but never did. The rumors circulated in 2017 of a remodeling, I left in 2022 and the remodeling never took place.

Gossip and unprofessional behavior from certain teams and management.
