Don't Waste Your Time - Marketing/Creative Organifi Employee Review

- Complete chaos with no accountability, insane employee rotation specially at high level positions (in 4 yrs at this company I have had 7 different managers), strategies, goals, priorities change constantly making sure nothings gets accomplished and goals are never met (which pretty much means you are guaranteed to never get the Employee Bonus they keep telling you about). Project management is atrocious incomplete information, review process is a mess, more than half of the people on those images don't work at the company anymore, there is also no office space anymore, so there is no gym, no sauna and none of the other "goodies" they are selling you on, thats not even the CEO any more, more than half the information on this profile is BS (do your own math for the reviews). Paid is terrible for the amount of work and chaos you need to deal with on a daily basis, also don't fall for the Organifam BS this place should hold a world record for the fastest and highest employee rotation of any company because the working environment is a mess, the company direction changes with the wind but prepare to be held accountable when their strategy back and forth goes down in flames (as it has MANY TIMES), last year they laid off around 30% of the "Organifam" because company was bleeding money thanks to their master strategy....
