Na - Customer Service Representative Organifi Employee Review

I came to Organifi a few years ago as a person seeking something bigger than me. I was lost in a way looking for a change in my career. Thankfully because of the incredible company culture I've been able to transform. I've met a lot of amazing humans at Organifi and them alone is reason enough for a 5 star review. Beyond just the people it's the perks here also. From our internal life coach to accountability groups for crushing our own personal goals, to the ability to be open and honest with one another, this company has driven me to get better each and everyday. Are we perfect? Absolutely not, and that's the beauty of it all. We are human. We get to evolve together and keep staying curious to what's next in our learning. For all of that I am truly grateful.

None at all in my opinion.

I was waiting to write this review after my "honeymoon" stage was over, but unlike other jobs, at Organifi that stage doesn't go away. Organifi shows up for you, not just professionally but also personally. Leadership since day 1 continues to ask me where I want to be, how I want to improve my skills and has been the driving force to my successes. (I first joined as a part-time employee.) I never thought having personal growth opportunities would be at my fingertips at work, but now I realize how hand-in-hand my personal growth is to my professional growth. Organifi's culture has had such a positive impact on my life, has made me want to grow in so many areas and actually has workshops and opportunities where I've been able to work on myself. As far as the actual work goes- I have never had this much support and trust in my work, it feels so incredible to have a team that has your back this much. My career path has been difficult to say the least, but it led me to where I am now with Organifi, and I couldn't be happier to call this place home. I think this is the hardest I've ever worked, but it's been such a rewarding, fun ride that at the end of most days it doesn't seem like work at all.

Lots of big ideas which can be a challenge at times with all our moving pieces but that comes with a fun and dynamic team.
