Pros
I had great colleagues and the early days were full of everyone working together to get many large projects completed.
Cons
The drive to be the biggest and best has drained the heart and soul from the company. It is now lead by typical corporate types who will drop a person, team or department with no reason or notice and carry on. Lack of recognition and value in contributions was regular.
