Is this your company?

Expectations don't match the compensation and support provided - Anonymous Employee- Former Employee Organizational Solutions Employee Review

Pros

None at all. This company blatantly shows just shows just how much it doesn't care about its employees all the time. You would be better off working anywhere else. Don't make the same mistake I made, unless you want to regret your decisions as I did.

Cons

I hated working for Organization Solutions because the company treats its employees like trash, but expects them to blindly follow their every command without complaint. I wasn't given any training, but I was immediately expected to take on complex tasks and have a deep understanding of my role as soon as I started. Whenever I asked a question or tried getting some help, I was ignored, and whenever I made a mistake, I was yelled at and publicly berated instead of being given guidance and feedback. My salary didn't reflect how heavy my workload was at all, and none of the benefits I received were particularly great. Even much less rewarded, the only time I ever received and ounce of attention was whenever I messed up and failed to meet the company's demands.

Pros

What keeps me here is the purpose behind the work. The team is supportive and competent, always doing its best. The leadership sets clear expectations and recognizes strong performance. There's competitive pay, flexible benefits, and clarity on growth paths.

Cons

You have to navigate complex healthcare and employment systems, which requires a lot of learning.
