Pros
They send staff to their head office in Burlington, Ontario for on-boarding training, but this may just be an employee-retention scam so you stay with the company for a period of time which is in your contract. If you leave before this, you have to pay back the flight and hotel costs. Some opportunity for work from home, dependent on your role and where you are based.
Cons
If you like to party, you will enjoy the staff events 'cause people drink to excess. I think it's immature, as they are a professional provider of services. A no-competition clause is in the contract, so you can't work for a similar employer for a set period of time. This is ridiculous. There is no sick pay or short-term disability. Go elsewhere, there are a lot of similar service providers out there.
