Cons
Many of the leadership are not based in the SF headquarters and only listen to the manager who is at headquarters. They have no idea how incompetent the management team at headquarters is and only listen to them. The management team at headquarters don't do anything, and blame junior staff for their mistakes. The offsite leaders choose to turn a blind eye or choose to listen to only the management at headquarters who is evil - reminds me of the recent management style of ex Uber CEO. Managers are never expected to be perfect but the maangers here are completely unwilling to listen or do whats right. Too many egos in the way of the company's mission.
