"Pro" isn't the word to use, but it's a job.
Cons
Poor management and lack of communication. Shockingly, Orgill employees often refer to their own customers as "stupid". Considering customers are what drives an actual business, that type of disgusting attitude speaks volumes. Orgill employees also prefer to use profanity and childish insults as a means to "communicate". This was absolutely the poorest display of "company culture" and "professionalism" I've ever witnessed. If you're seeking a professional environment with quality management, Orgill is NOT the place to work.
