      The people, the ideas, the challenge to disrupt the way organisations design, analyse and monitor their organisations. Supportive leaders who balance employee development with performance targets. Highly collaborative and fairly flat structure.

      Cons

      Aspects of start up mode as product is ramped up and global presence expands. Must embrace some ambiguity to be successful.

      Direct team you work with is really great, everyone is kind and willing to help

      Cons

      Work life balance can be tough, expect some weeks to be very long. Lots of off the cuff work, many processes within the company are disorganized and you will definitely not always be setup for success. Growth is limited until you hit the 4 year mark. Internal workflows are messy, bonus periods change, benefits get removed with short notice
