      Pros

      Being part of a conglomerate, Orient Cement might not be a household name but the company has got a structure in place and hires candidates from premium B-schools including the IIMs. You've the liberty to work in your own manner giving you the space to try out new things. Salary is decent enough for novices.

      Cons

      Pace of salary growth is slow as compared to other industries. Even though the new recruits are given the liberty to operate freely, the senior management holds an old school philosophy and lacks pro activeness

      Pros

      - Since most of the work is just supervising other companies, there is no direct pressure on you to complete the work; however there will be pressure to get the work done.

      Cons

      - Work place doesn't encourage women (onsite). - Juniors aren't treated well. - Poor coordination between various teams.
