1) Five days a week Job. 2) Liability and responsibility with senior management only, hence no pressure on lower / medium management. 3) Good market share , hence a Pull brand. 4) Birla group company, family owned business so less professional approach, hence unrestricted system easily manipulated
Cons
1) No personnel and professional development 2) Very High Attrition rate due to : a) No defined Band salary system. b) Laid back attitude . c) One man show. d) business partners are also family based, hence no control over them by company personnel. e) since its a one man game, every one is trying to keep him happy and entertain. 4) Overall its not a company for young generation / as senior chaps believe in their own old working and manipulated by medium management . 5) Want to learn / or grow in life never initiate your career here since one will end up his/ her life doing back end and clerical jobs only 6) dominated by people who supports their community only.
