Pros

- Many of the standard start-up benefits (food, PTO, etc) - Bright employees. The team is well constructed it seems across departments - Surprisingly flat structure. Though busy, higher level folks are more than willing to make time, either for technical or operational questions - Collaborative environment. There is plenty of open dialogue around prioritization of issues and more general problem solving - The founders are dedicated and extremely knowledgeable about the state of the industry and have well-thought out visions of how things may continue to evolve

Cons

- While great for overall accessibility, the spread out nature of the team can make communication a bit of a back and forth at times.

Pros

Working with bright people Challenging work, in the good way Leadership team does well communicating company direction Perks (free food, freedom to WFH, unlimited PTO, swag)

Cons

It's a startup, so there's a lot to be done. Not a place to coast Employees are scattered around the world, which can make some communication and time-sensitive issues tough to navigate

Pros

This is a growing company that has a great product, not only that but we have customers that recognize it is a great product and help us get the word out. I have worked for several start up and some did well and some did not, I know Origami Logic will do well. I have confidence in the product, the team and the leadership. Why? Because I have seen good and bad leadership, great teams and dysfunctional ones and I see Origami Logic has having a seasoned leadership team and a good team over all. The product also just makes sense and our customers get it.

Cons

It's a start up with all that means. As others have said in previous reviews there is a lot of hard work and I would guess that at one time or another most if not all of us have asked why we are doing it. There are times you work late or give up weekends, not because it is demanded but because the job needs to get done.
