The work environment and the people that work here are amazing. Always willing to lend a helping hand and support wherever needed. Everyone is very understanding and when a concern is brought to management, it usually always gets addressed. They are very flexible and also allow people to work from home when needed. The people are not micromanaged as long as the work is getting completed on a timely basis. It really is a great company to work for.

Since this is a small company there are many hats that are worn and multiple projects and tasks that can become overwhelming.
