Pros
I have been working at Origin for more than 4 years. Origin is the type of company that has a big vision to make an impact. Top leadership is constantly looking for ways to better serve investors and be the best in class, meanwhile, they genuinely care about the growth and happiness of each employees. They value long term benefits more than short term gains, and “doing the right thing” is the core value behind every single decision, big or small. Coworkers are smart and carry core values of the company. There is always transparent communication between leadership and management, which is crucial for the growth of the company, especial in challenging time such as now.
Cons
Because we are constantly looking for ways to improve and solve problems, it could be challenging at times to work in an environment like Origin. But this is a double-edged sword, in my opinion, and people who are willing to adjust and learn will find themselves become a better employee in a fast paced environment.
