      Pros

      Forward thinking company and a leader in it's field. Extremely clever leadership and a close knit team to work with. I wish them well in the future.

      Cons

      Very few but the being a smaller company the budgets were often tight. Often customer expectations are extremely high for such a low cost product.

      Pros

      An innovative and progressive company and a leader in it's field. Great autonomy for individuals and plenty of in kind benefits. Plenty of flexibility and great staff.

      Cons

      Very tight margins so not too much money available although this is countered by the sheer variety of work.

      Wonderful employer, market leading brand, lovely clients and total autonomy in the job.

      I was sad I had to give this job up. Other than that it was a wonderful few years.
