      Good salary, remote work, some of engineers are ok

      strange investors, strange top managers, middle management with micro control syndrome, leads do not cover team members and throwing them under the buss, micromanagement, unrealistic estimates, estimates given from boss to you, you cannot say no to your boss, you will be punished for proactivity, you will be punished for offer something new
