Pros
All food is half-price during breaks, very popular workplace with the town, kind wait staff and management
Cons
Environment with other bussers very cliquey and hostile. Bussers are all 14-17 and play favorites among other employees... schedule is irregular. Sometimes I will work two six hour shifts on one weekend, and then not be scheduled again for a month and a half, also, we are not given an end time or a time to start break, so it is difficult to know how to schedule things on days that I work. Uniform is quite bland and unflattering. It is a very demanding workplace and not always for very good pay- bussers get a minimum wage of approx. 4.50/hr and do not get tips from wait staff; instead, at the end of the day we get a few dollars an hour worth of cash, as much as the manager thinks we deserve for our work that day.
