HR policies are not good enough, as Performance is not reviewed and also not appraised as written in their policy. Higher management is not caring at all as tey act like govt. officers, as you can understand what I mean by Govt. Officers Accounts Dept. is rubbish, DAs, Expenses are never relieved on time, as a result, an employee always regret if he is in the field.
