Can’t attest to other teams but in Operations. management seems to rewards laziness and incompetence over hard, high-quality, diligent work. They dive into projects absent any planning or controls, then constantly have to re-perform tasks that could have easily been prevented in the first place. If you try to suggest any changes, they are super dismissive and treat you as if you are speaking nonsense. Also, they falsely state there are ample opportunities to grow in the company despite this position being a pretty much guaranteed dead end. Extremely misleading interview process.
