Paycheck was good, but personnel talked about salary to others, leading others to confront me about my paycheck and how I "didnt deserve my job"?

No confidentiality in Human Resources, a lot of cattiness, back biting. Three employees meet every hour, top of the hour, to smoke for 35 minutes and then ask for overtime. Management needs to come down hard on these folks. Alot of gossips.
