In my experience, the CEO's communication style was often harsh and intimidating. I felt interactions frequently lacked professionalism and respect, creating a culture of fear rather than one of collaboration, openness, and trust. 3. During my tenure, there was limited transparency regarding the company's financial situation, and salary payments were delayed for multiple months, which was a significant concern. 4. Before accepting an offer, I recommend speaking with both current and former employees to understand the actual work culture, leadership style, team size, recent attrition, and any layoffs. Conducting your own due diligence can help you make a well-informed decision before joining.
