1. On time pay 2. Good HR 3. Immigration matters 4. Stable job 5. Growing Company
Cons
1. Lowest pay in the market 2. Not suitable for freshers or candidates below 3 years of exp as they move these people into different roles like QA/build engineer/Support etc....which will not give any scope for you to become a good manager/architect/developer etc. 3. Managers always keep sub-ordinates to a "safe" distance so they fear to ask them any favors like salary appraisals, moving into right technology etc. (There are many many people in KPMG project like this)
