Pros

Free coffee (No cups provided....Bring your own mug please!!)

Cons

Modern day slavery. No work-life balance. No scope to grow since top management prefers to hire externally instead of choosing internal candidates. In the last 2-3 years the turnover rate is so high that almost all the best and smart employees left our company and the "left overs" have no clue about what's going on. New comers are left with no guidance. Although there are few smart people left here and there they are demotivated to the core and are left with no interest to train new associates or contribute to the company's success or growth anymore. Management expects you to know everything about the company and the projects as soon as you walk in and start expecting deliverables from you right from the first day with little to no training. They force you to work 80 hours weeks and the incentive you get for that is "They'll keep you employed without firing". You get no feedback on your work and the expectations are too high. Working day and night shifts continuously during regular as well as long weekends is a very common scene here.

Pros

Normal or basic priced Cigna healthcare which meets the basic needs.

Cons

The company’s primary focus is to reduce any and all onshore presence by replacing U.S.-based teams with offshore staff. Many offshore hires are brought in with zero vetting — I’ve even seen duplicate (fake) and exact copy-paste résumés submitted accidentally. Onshore employees are tasked with training their replacements and then released with little to no support or recognition any amount of seniority = 2 weeks severance or less. Recognition and advancement is for offshore leadership only, Almost all high level leadership is offshore and are hostile toward onshore leadership and partners. Leadership discussions like town hall meetings consistently revolve around the CEO talking solely on revenue and upcharge billing opportunities, finding ways to bill more to the customer as the goal with little attention paid to quality, innovation, or employee morale.
