Good for freshers. Decent Salary nothing special. Good working space. Few colleagues are good. Team parties and outings.
Cons
Useless seniors don't know how to work on a single project. They only do research & talk to client in meetings. Stress every time. Lots of workload. As a normal employees you'll get no time to research on new tech and updates.
